Purchase and Payment Terms Payments: Payments are accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) using Paystack and support Visa and Mastercard. All listed prices include VAT. Personal Use Only: All products, including digital downloads, courses, and printed planners, are for personal use only. Commercial redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited. Intellectual Property: All products are the intellectual property of Moms Income Society and created by Johlize Joubert unless otherwise disclosed. 4. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations Digital Products: All sales of digital products and courses are final and non-refundable. Printed Planners: No refunds, exchanges, or store credit is available for printed planners due to their personalized nature. Damaged Products: If your printed planner arrives damaged, please contact us at momsincomesociety@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or replacement. Cancellations: No cancellations are allowed on printed planner orders once the purchase is completed. 5. Access and Downloads Immediate Access: All digital products and courses are accessible immediately after purchase. Lifetime Access: Courses include lifetime access unless otherwise stated. Redownloads: If you lose access to a digital download, you may request a redownload by contacting us at momsincomesociety@gmail.com. 6. Shipping and Delivery Shipping Services: Printed planners are shipped within South Africa using Postnet or CourierGuy. Tracking information will be provided.
